Recipes:
- 3 cups couscous
- 3 cups water
- 1/2 cup green white onion
- 1/2 cup red peppers
- 1/2 cup yellow peppers
- 1 can garbanzo beans
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1/2 green onion
- 1/2 celery
- 1/2 raisins
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- 1. Boil water, add olive oil, add your couscous, cover for at least 4-5 minutes. If desired, may add little salt to taste to the water.
- 2. Saute garlic 3-4 pieces and your white onion, garbanzos, and all the ingredients, except raisins, cilantro, and green onion. Don’t overcook the vegetables.
- 3. Once couscous is cooked, add all your remaining ingredients including raisins, cilantro, and green onion. Squeeze 1 lemon and 2 fresh oranges, add little more olive oil.
- 4. Add more seasoning to your taste’s desire. Hoping you enjoy your couscous!
