Couscous Salad



  1. 1. Boil water, add olive oil, add your couscous, cover for at least 4-5 minutes. If desired, may add little salt to taste to the water.
  2. 2. Saute garlic 3-4 pieces and your white onion, garbanzos, and all the ingredients, except raisins, cilantro, and green onion.  Don’t overcook the vegetables.
  3. 3. Once couscous is cooked, add all your remaining ingredients including raisins, cilantro, and green onion.  Squeeze 1 lemon and 2 fresh oranges, add little more olive oil.
  4. 4. Add more seasoning to your taste’s desire.  Hoping you enjoy your couscous!
